about

Episode 1: Reflection and Contemplation
Description: The Anthropocene is an unprecedented time of human-caused ecological disturbance that threatens planetary stability. Crises include but are not limited to: climate change, mass extinction, nuclear waste, habitat loss, increased emergence of diseases, water scarcity, rising toxin levels, agricultural stress, and the plasticene. As we become more aware of these existential threats, we face the emotional trauma of grappling with ecological and societal collapse. Our first episode invites reflection on our emotions, consideration of our future, and acceptance of uncertainty through engaging in contemplative ecology.
